Returns Policy

Conditions for Return

We accept returns of unmodified garments within 30 days of receipt. The garment must be unused and unwashed.

We only accept returns of modified [i.e. when you have asked us to alter the size for a better fit], or bespoke garments if they are faulty,

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within three days. Paypal refunds usually take 3 – 5 days. If the refund is not received after 14 days please contact us.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Garments are shipped from Spain but the address for returns is in the UK.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that, in our sole discretion, does not meet the above return conditions .

Returning Goods

 If the garment is not faulty the customer is responsible for return postage. If the garment is faulty or the wrong item has been sent we will pay the return postage. You should send the Goods to the following address: 13 Boyne Drive, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 7QW 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
